Welcome to Literate Monkeys.

If you are a student who likes collaborating with other scholars, you’ve come to the right place.  We are a community that helps encourage real education by reducing useless “busy work.”  How so, you ask?

By using our integrated collaboration tool (Powered by the same software as Wikipedia) students can efficiently work together to create sophisticated and accurate study guides and other documents.   This eliminates “busy work” because individual classes can work together to create one accurate document.  By collaborating, the time spent doing “busy work” is fractional, which allows more time for studying and exploring new ideas!

Because users can create study guides and documents based on their own their own needs and criteria, there isn’t any hazy areas that aren’t covered like on other educational websites.  Since everything is personal and localized, you won’t miss any specific details!

So grab a friend (or two or three…) and start working together on your next study guide!  You’ll be amazed at how fast you can create excellent content working together!  Maybe even invite your whole class to participate and they will contribute too!

Our forums are for discussing everything academic… (and illiterate stuff too!)
